Older Durham homes have quirks — high rooflines, original gutters, plaster trim — that punish careless installation. The crew works roofs year-round with Carolina Sky Softwash and uses clip systems that attach without piercing anything, which matters on a 1920s fascia.
Big lots in Hope Valley and Woodcroft reward tree and shrub lighting more than almost anywhere else we work. We bring the lift for mature canopies and design the yard and roofline as one display.
Everything is included in one written quote: design, lights, install, maintenance, January takedown and storage. A dead section in December gets fixed with a text, not a fee.
