Commercial Christmas light installation
A commercial display is judged from the parking lot and the road, not from the porch. It has one job: pull people through the door in the six weeks that matter most to your year, and still look sharp doing it in the first week of January.
We install for storefronts, offices, restaurants, HOA entrances and common areas across the Triangle — with off-hours and overnight installation so the work never interrupts your business, insured crews, and certificates of insurance on request.
What's included
- Design built around sightlines from the road and parking lot
- Off-hours and overnight installation — no ladders during your business hours
- Licensed and insured crews; COI issued to your property manager or board on request
- Commercial-grade C9 LEDs at 12-inch spacing, custom-cut to the building
- In-season maintenance on a scheduled route, plus on-call fixes
- Multi-building and multi-entrance coordination for HOAs and centers
- January takedown coordinated around your lease or common-area rules
- Labeled storage so next season's reinstall is faster and cheaper to schedule
How it works
Walk the property
We meet you or your property manager on site, measures the runs, and looks at the building the way your customers do — from the road, then the lot, then the door. You get a written quote with each elevation itemized.
Paperwork
For commercial jobs we issue a certificate of insurance to whoever needs it — property manager, HOA board, or landlord — before anyone sets a ladder. Scheduling is agreed in writing, including any off-hours requirements.
Install off-hours
Crews work before open, after close, or overnight depending on the site. Your customers never step around a lift, and your staff never works around us.
Maintain through January
Commercial displays run on a maintenance route through the season — we check them, and you can text a photo anytime something's off. Takedown happens on the schedule your property requires.
What it costs
Commercial pricing follows footage, height and complexity the same way residential does, with two additions: off-hours labor and the coordination overhead of multi-stakeholder properties. A single storefront bay is a contained job; a neighborhood entrance monument plus clubhouse plus twelve street trees is a program.
For HOAs and property managers we itemize by building or common area so boards can approve the job line by line, and multi-year clients benefit from stored, labeled displays that make year two faster to install. Every quote is written, seasonal, and covers maintenance and takedown — there's no per-visit billing mid-season.
